Update on the Y12 Resisters •
On January 6, Steve Baggarly, Mike Walli and Bonnie Urfer were released from prison after serving 8 months for their July 10, 2010 action at the Y12 Nuclear Weapons Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Their co-defendant, Father Bill Bichsel, remains in custody in SeaTac Federal Prison since mid-November serving 3 months for the July 10 Resister Action.
Bix is scheduled to be released February 9.

David Corcoran, last of the defendants to go to trial, entered a guilty plea in federal court in Illinois on December 28. He will be sentenced on March 21; sentencing guidelines place him in the 0-6 months range.
